“The hotel presents a rather polished facade, with its stylish interiors and well-maintained grounds creating a distinct sense of occasion. While the spa facilities are generally well-regarded, occasional inconsistencies in service were noted. Dining appears to be a strong point, with particular attention paid to dietary needs, though some found the restaurant pricing steep for what was perceived as elevated pub fare.”
